Installing and opening the add-on

On a desktop or laptop

• Open to your inbox
• Find and click the + (plus icon) at the right hand side, under the Calendar, Keep and Tasks icons
• Search the add-ons for "HTML Signature" and click it
• Click Install
• Continue
• Choose your account from the list
• Read the permissions and Accept
  • See what each request is for on our Privacy page
• Now on the right you'll see the HTML Signature icon
  • You may have to refresh the page

On a desktop or laptop

• Open to your inbox
• Open any message
• Find the HTML Signature logo on the right panel, and click it

Note - you have to be inside a received email for the add-on to open properly. You can open the add-on, then open a received email.

You can send yourself an email if you don't have any handy!

On a mobile (Android)

• Open the Gmail app
• Open any message
• Find the HTML Signature logo at the bottom of the message, and click it
