Saving your email signature

Prerequisites

  • You're using email signatures in Gmail (or G Suite) already

Copy your existing signature

If you're on a desktop or laptop:

  • Click Compose to start a new message

  • Copy your usual email signature

    • Select the content, right-click and pick Copy

    • Or Select the content and press Ctrl + c


If you're using a mobile, or otherwise, you can open a sent message and copy that content.



Alternatively, you can save a whole email from your inbox.

  • In the add-on, open the message in your inbox

  • Expand-out the saving section

  • Click "Save this email"
